Gangaajal is the 2003 Hindi action drama film directed by Prakash Jha starring Ajay Devgan in lead role. Movie is directed and Produced by Prakash Jha. Also the story-line and screen play credit goes to the multi talented person Prakash Jha. By following the success of the Gangaajal, makers decide to launch the sequel as Gangaajal 2. Director comes up with Jai Gangaajal name which is the sequel to the film.

Gangaajal best explores the film about the Police and Society. It is the representation of several issues in society. Ajay Devgan played the role as Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar in first installment and now actress Priyanka Chopra Attired Police Dress to role Abha Mathur, Police Officer in Jai Gangaajal. Gracy Singh was the lead opposite character of Ajay. Prakash Jha directed and produced the film by forming the continuous interesting story. Shooting of the Film done at Bhopal, India on June 16. Movie First Look of Priyanka Chopra released on 12th May and Movie First Look Poster released on 15th of September 2015.
