Takht Movie: KJO Announced his next Big Multi-Starrer Epic Film

Karan Johar announced his next film titled Takht. The film Takht Stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in a key roles.

Takht going to be the multi-starrer Big film as KJO roped in expensive Superstars of Bollywood. Kareena is one of the most expensive Actor in a film. Karan Johar announced his film Takht and with this film set during Mughal reign, he is all set to make a historical for the first time.

As its going to be the Historical film, Ranveer Singh going to Justify the best role in a film. Takht (meaning the throne and implies a seat of power), is a drama set in the Mughal times and will star Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt in the lead. They will be ably supported by Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and hottest new star kid on the block, Janhvi Kapoor.

Taking to Twitter to make the big announcement, Karan wrote: “An incredible story embedded in history… An epic battle for the majestic Mughal throne… A story of a family, of ambition, of greed, of betrayal, of love & of succession… TAKHT is about WAR for LOVE….” While Karan has not revealed the story of the film, speculation says it will revolve around the war between siblings Dara Shikoh and Aurangzeb.
