The plot revolves around the consequences when humans build a temple for her first-born. Set in Pune in the 1920s, it revolves around three generations of a brahmin family. Don’t miss #Tumbbad. Probably the first creature film in Indian Cinema (at least in the recent times). It’s visually stunning. Transports you into the world with much conviction. Closest comparable to the film is Guillermo Del Toro’s Crimson Peak. Never seen before experience.

#Tumbbad-The 3rd act/chapter of is a bit of a letdown but otherwise it’s a very interesting film overall & the effort shows. Blending fantasy & horror in great style, the cinematography & production design take us on a make believe trip that’s unique in many ways.
Tumbbad has a dull Day 1 even the film has good content, It Needs to witness miraculous growth on Day 2 and Day 3 to register a respectable weekend total. Tumbbad bags ₹ 65 lakhs. India biz on First Day Friday.
