Movie is the promising but due to lack of marketing, film didn’t get the enough opening. However the fans who loved the horror genre watched the film and movie is quite thriller to create the fearful moments by hunted scenes. Even its the good film it failed to attract the audience because of the Telugu film Mosagallaku Mosagadu parallel release in the many areas in country. Both the box office hit films clashed on the same day. Demonte Colony badly suffered due to the lack of marketing. Box office bull team gives ratings 3.5 out of 5 stars to film.
