Rahul Dholakia’s Raees shooting finished, Shah Rukh Khan Announced

Rahul Dholakia and Team were shooting for Raees film from Last Year and they took almost one year for the shooting of Big Project which is scheduled to release on Eid 2016. Shah Rukh Khan recently shared Update that Raees shooting finished. Actor wrote, “Finished Raees. Maybe a bit of patchwork left if any. Will miss the laughs…the intensity & the kohl. Thx to the sweetest unit ever. Lov u”.

Rahul Dholakia built small Gujarat in Mumbai for Hassle free shooting and Some of the Shooting conducted in Kutch-Bhuj, Ahmedabad Gujarat itself. Finally Raees team is done with shooting and all set to enjoy Big Blast on Eid 2016.

Raees film is jointly produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment. The film is set in 1980s Gujarat. It tells the story of the bootlegger Raees Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) whose business is highly challenged and eventually thwarted by a police officer (Nawazuddin Siddiqui).

Shah Rukh Khan for the first time in his career played bootlegger Raees and Nawazuddin as Police officer Majmudar saheb. Pakistani Actress Mahira Khan is playing brave wife of Khan as Aasiya Khan. Producer also shared that Sizzling hot Sunny Leone had Special Appearance in Song Laila O Laila in Raees.
