Bombay Velvet Certified U/A by CBFC with Three cuts

Anurag Kashyap’s Period crime drama film Bombay Velvet scheduled for 15th May release. Big budget film movie followed the 1960s style. Bombay velvet has been certified U/A by CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) with three sensitive cuts. Bombay velvet Trailer itself reveled the Passionate liplock of the lead stars Anushka and Ranbir.

Bombay Velvet UA certificate: Deleted Scene

Previously Censor board had refused to assign the UA certificate due to the abusive language and excessive violence kissing scenes by passionate on screen couple. But Makers finally decided to cut out the sensitive part in the film and make it restriction free. CBFC cut out the cuss words ‘son of a bitch’ and ‘haramzada’ from the film. Also Ranbir and Anushka Kissing scene removed from the film. Board mentioned that the Liplock kissing scene by Lead star is not suitable for under 18 people. Its been confirmed with Three cuts and viewers won’t find any of it on movie release.

Bombay velvet received US certificate means it is for the Parental Guidance. All ages are admitted but children below 12 years age are advised to follow their parents.
